General terms and conditions:
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee in case of problems with the locked features of our application (server down for 3 consecutive days or more subject to proof).
If there are problems with your streams, your ISP, your internet subscription, we do not offer any refund.
We do not issue refunds if you have changed your mind about using our software (if you buy after having a test, no refund). If you are unable to cooperate with us to resolve issues or answer questions you have about the operation of the module, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds are subject to a cancellation service fee, the rate of which varies between 25% and 50% based on the package and the subscription duration.
Regular Package: All refunds are subject to a 50% service fee deduction, regardless of the subscription term.
Premium Package: Fees are calculated as follows:
50% service fee for 1-month and 3-month subscriptions.
25% deduction for 6-month and 12-month subscriptions.
